Warranty

We stand behind our products and workmanship. All GR Golf merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.

Damages not covered include those not consistant with normal wear or defect, and/or deemed to have been caused by neglect or abuse.

Warranty is void if club has been altered or repaired by anyone other than GR Golf.

Heads 550cc's and over should not be used by golfers with a swing speed over 100 mph. The club's face is too thin and will not hold up to swings of high velocity. If they are they will not be covered by the warranty. If you don't know your swing speed have it checked out before you pruchase these heads.


Returns on merchandise covered by the materials and workmanship warranty will receive free shipping, repairs, replacement equipment, or full store credit as determined by GR Golf.

Damaged on Arrival


If the product you ordered is defective or damaged in the shipping process email us through our contact page within 48 hours of receipt of your club(s). If GR Golf is not notified within 48 hours of receipt and/or has been used, damages not covered by the materials and workmanship warranty will attributed to the customer's neglect or abuse.

Returns

Returns may be made by contacting us to arrange a return of merchandise. All returns must be authorized by GR Golf and must include a return authorization number.

Returns on merchandise for reasons covered by the material and workmanship warranty will receive free repairs, replacement equipment, or full store credit as determined by GR Golf.

Returns on UNUSED non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days and will receive credit for the purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any shipping charges. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred for returns of non-defective merchandise. Please contact customer service within 30 days of reciept for a return authorization number.

Due to the fact that GR Golf custom assembles clubs to customer specifications, non-defective equipment that has been used may not be returned.

Shipping

GR Golf uses UPS for all orders.

Once an order has been processed, customers may track there order my going to their account. Since clubs are custom built please allow 7 business days for order to be shipped.

The GR Golf Website calculates shipping and handling automatically based on factors including weight and location. Beacuse we can not anticipate every possible shipping scenerio, there will be times when the actual shipping charges may be higher than those stated at checkout. If your actual shipping is higher than first stated by the GR Golf's shopping cart, we will contact you before shipping your order.

All assembled clubs take 7 business days to assemble. If you choose expedited shipping for an order containing assembled clubs, the order will not leave GR Golf any quicker. The order will however take less time to arrive once it has shipped from GR Golf.

Please also note that international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
