L-Series Plasma Woods

The all new L-Series Integra 15-5 is cryogenically cooled to a temperature of 300 degrees below zero. At this point the molecular structure of the steel head is very unstable and would shatter if dropped on the ground. The head is rapidly removed from this environment and introduced to a blast furnace that has been pre-heated to a temperature of 1800 degrees. Through a molecular chemical process called carbon precipitation the molecular grains of the metal flow together leaving the heads stronger than titanium; in fact the hardness of this material has been determined by testing at an independent laboratory to have a HCR factor of 80. The process also creates the unique black chrome coloring that you see on the face, sole, and inside the hosel. The resulting feel is excellent and the transfer of energy from the clubhead to the ball is out of this world!
